What’s New in Torii

Get the full story, context, and more with activity log, no included with every task so you get full visbility into history and progress. **Complete visibility** – See all actions taken on a task, including: Who created the task, Status changes, Actions performed (and by whom), and more… **Chronological order** – The log displays events in the order they occurred, so you can easily track the sequence of updates. **Direct access** – The Activity Log is available right within the **Task Page**, making it simple to review context and accountability without leaving the task view.

The new Task Manager Hub brings a centralized experience for managing all workflow-generated tasks. With a unified tasks page and support for Approval requests, Application form fills, and Contract form fills, admins can now easily track task progress and eliminate process bottlenecks. This first release focuses on visibility and filtering, laying the foundation for deeper task interaction and automation coming soon.

You can now share your dashboards with everyone in Torii! Create insightful, actionable dashboards, and share them with the relevant stakeholders to empower cross-company collaboration, sync and alignment. This new feature provides dashboard-based access to data in Torii, allowing you to share what matters while maintaining strict permission governance. Access to each dashboard is managed separately, giving you full control of who has access to which dashboard. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new scope in Torii: Dashboard management. With this scope, you can provide access to explore or manage all dashboards in Torii via the Settings -> Roles page.
