Productiv deleted our data. Can Torii recover it?
No, and neither can anyone else. Productiv states that all production systems, data stores, and backups were permanently destroyed, with no customer data retained. Any vendor offering to restore your Productiv usage history is selling something that cannot be delivered. What Torii can do is reconstruct the recoverable half quickly and start a new baseline today.
Do you need our Productiv exports to get started?
No. Torii connects directly to the systems that fed Productiv in the first place, so nothing depends on an export you may never have gotten. If you did capture a CSV before access ended on August 5, bring it and we’ll fold it in.
How long does the rebuild actually take?

Renewals, before a complete inventory. Torii rebuilds the renewal calendar first: current owner, notice deadline rather than just renewal date, and a renew, renegotiate, or short-extension decision for each. Ask each vendor for their own seat-activity numbers to partially backfill the usage history you lost.
How do we know Torii will still be here in three years?
