Admins define a structured AI query that runs against selected applications, writes the response into one or more application fields on a schedule, and keeps records accurate without manual research. What the Feature Does This feature allows you to: Define a structured AI query for vendor or application data. Populate one or more application fields automatically with the results. Schedule refreshes daily, weekly, or monthly so fields stay current. Use the populated fields across the Applications table, dashboards, and workflows. Retain the last successful value if a future run fails, preserving continuity and trust in downstream workflows. Best Practices Start with high-value vendor intelligence fields such as security posture, compliance certifications, breach history, data residency, or review signals. Choose a refresh cadence based on how often the underlying data changes and how often teams act on it.
