What you can do: - App Governance: Verify SSO support (e.g., OKTA) and update compliance fields. - Communication: Generate highly personalized Slack messages for contract renewals, employee updates, and internal notifications. - Field Manipulation: Convert date formats, clean text, perform simple calculations, and more. AI Contract Line Item Parsing
With this release, Torii now uses AI to automatically parse line items from uploaded contract PDFs—making the process faster, smoother, and more accurate. Users can still review and edit the parsed items using the PDF preview on the right, ensuring full control and clarity. This update makes it easier to capture all the key cost components of a contract and provides the data you need—without the manual effort—paving the way for smarter renewal decisions and more reliable cost insights.
Eko Data Agent
We’ve introduced a new Data agent to Eko! Users can now ask natural language questions about their Torii data like spending, app ownership, and more, based on their access level.
Coupa: New Integration
You can now sync expense data from Coupa! Torii will automatically match transactions to the correct application, summarize expenses and provide insights. You can also take the following actions: Create users, Update users, Add roles to a User, remove all roles from a user, activate user, deactivate user, and take license optimization recommendations.
Eko – Agentic SaaS Management Experience
Introducing Torii Eko, the industry’s first agentic SaaS management experience. Embedded directly in Torii, Eko gives every stakeholder instant access to insights, automation, and in-app execution. No dashboard digging required. You’ll find the Eko widget on the bottom-right corner of your screen, and yes, you can move it to a different corner if you prefer.

Employees can now request access to specific app licenses (e.g., Zoom Pro, Figma Developer) for a defined period or indefinitely. This feature enables flexible, time-bound provisioning with automated license expiration, reducing waste, improving compliance, and streamlining access management.
