Whether it’s a 30-day need for a premium tool or long-term access to a standard license, Timed Access Request helps organizations balance flexibility with control. By enabling more granular requests and automating license expiration, IT teams can reduce unused licenses, improve compliance, and enhance the employee experience—all while maintaining visibility and governance. Example: A marketing contractor joins for a 3 months campaign and needs access to Zoom Pro and Canva Pro. Using Timed Access Request, they request both licenses for exactly 3 months. Once approved, Torii automatically tracks the duration and revokes access at the end of the term.
