You can now share your dashboards with everyone in Torii! Create insightful, actionable dashboards, and share them with the relevant stakeholders to empower cross-company collaboration, sync and alignment. This new feature provides dashboard-based access to data in Torii, allowing you to share what matters while maintaining strict permission governance. Access to each dashboard is managed separately, giving you full control of who has access to which dashboard. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new scope in Torii: Dashboard management. With this scope, you can provide access to explore or manage all dashboards in Torii via the Settings -> Roles page.

We’ve introduced a new Data agent to Eko! Users can now ask natural language questions about their Torii data like spending, app ownership, and more, based on their access level.

Users can still review and edit the parsed items using the PDF preview on the right, ensuring full control and clarity. Torii now automatically pauses syncs for IdP/HRMS integrations when a significant drop in user count is detected, allowing admins to review and resume manually, helping prevent unintended changes.

You can now sync expense data from Coupa! Torii will automatically match transactions to the correct application, summarize expenses and provide insights. You can also take the following actions: Create users, Update users, Add roles to a User, remove all roles from a user, activate user, deactivate user, and take license optimization recommendations.
