Gift Card Giveaway - Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to people in the United States that work at organizations with more than 100 full-time employees. Employees of Torii Software, Inc., or Torii Labs, Ltd. are not eligible to enter or win a prize. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest Period begins upon initial email promotion by Torii and winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period. Winners will receive a $50 gift card. The Contest Period will vary depending on how many individuals register for the webinar.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the contest, an attendee must register for and attend the Torii webinar. If an attendee registers but does not attend, he or she will be ineligible for a prize.
WINNER SELECTION: Webinar registrants must attend the live event to be chosen as a winner. 10 winners will be selected at random from all qualified webinar attendees. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the webinar. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Torii may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Contest Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.
CONDITIONS: Torii reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof) and/or these Official Rules. Torii also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Torii reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Torii or any others associated with this Contest. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless Torii from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or Torii’s use of any entry information, including, but not limited to, personal data, which will be subject to Torii’s Privacy Policy. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per company during the Contest Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.
