Offboarding, Real-Time
Torii's real-time offboarding capability continuously monitors user statuses in Google Workspace and Okta Events, instantly triggering offboarding workflows whenever a user has been deleted or deactivated. Past employees will instantly be removed from all SaaS apps and blocked from accessing the organization's sensitive data.
Alternatively, Torii users can configure scheduled offboarding workflows, specifying the day/time past users will lose access to their SaaS tools and company data.
At this phase, past employees will be removed from your company's more sensitive application and the rest of your offboarding process will be triggered.
