Is Productiv still in business?

No. Productiv, Inc. ceased operations on August 6, 2026. Customer access ended on August 5, all customer data was destroyed, and productiv.com now carries only a wind-down notice. Creditor claims are being administered by Stretto, Inc., with a filing deadline of December 22, 2026.

Productiv was on our shortlist. What should replace it?

How does Torii compare with what Productiv did?

Is Productiv coming back?

There is no public indication of that. Effective June 25, 2026, Productiv, Inc. assigned its assets to PFS Productiv Liquidation LLC under a California General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, and Stretto, Inc. is administering creditor claims through December 22, 2026. Plan on a replacement.

What does switching to Torii involve?

We were a Productiv customer. Can Torii recover our data?

No, and neither can anyone else. Productiv states that all production systems, data stores, and backups were permanently destroyed. What Torii can do is reconstruct the recoverable half (inventory, spend, contracts, owners, and license counts) from the systems that fed Productiv in the first place, and start a new usage baseline today.
