The Shadow IT Index provides a real-time look into how unsanctioned tools are shaping active SaaS stacks. The findings of this report are based on real-time usage data from the period of July 1 to 31, 2025, aggregated from companies of all sizes. This dataset is unique because it reflects actual software usage across organizations, not survey intentions or estimates.
