Google Workspace moves up to #1 in September, and GitHub climbs into the top five.

Google Workspace (G Suite) rises 2 places to #1, ahead of Slack at #2 and Zoom at #3.

GitHub climbs 3 places to #5, and OneDrive and Loom each gain 3 places. Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DocuSign join the ranking at #19 and #20.

Figma, Postman, and Jira each fall 3 places. Shadow risk stays low: the median Shadow IT index is 23.
