Zoom returns to #1 in April, Google Gemini enters at #13, and March's Microsoft gains reverse.

Zoom rises 2 places to #1, trading places with Slack, now #2. Claude AI climbs 2 places to #5.

Google Gemini enters the ranking at #13, the highest new entry in this edition, and OpenAI joins at #29.

Microsoft's document apps give back their March gains: Microsoft Word falls 7 places to #24, Microsoft Outlook 6 to #22, and Microsoft PowerPoint 5 to #25. Canva recovers, up 6 places to #15.
